The purpose of this program is to provide participants with an insight of how their leadership style is impacting their relationships, team building, culture, and innovation in their organization.
The Problem
Many problems occur in a workplace when leadership is too controlling, directive, or at the other spectrum too facilitative or attempting to please everyone. In either extreme or inability to assertively apply each style, it breathes cancer into the organization resulting in:
Ousting the leader
Company becomes irrelevant
Products lack competitive edge
Decreasing in productivity
Low morale
When employees are driven by fear or lack ownership, resistance shifts to an underground playground obscuring leadership’s visibility. Dissatisfaction morphs into passive-aggressive style of communications. Resentment and anger builds-in and shapes into a mountain of unfounded speculations. Much time is consumed on managing interpersonal conflicts.
