The Purpose

The purpose of “Collaborate with Challenging Personalities” is to learn to recognize and appreciate the differences in each personality type and learning to bring the best in each individual. This workshop will help individuals to create collaborative to increase morale and improve relationships.

The Purpose

There are several problems that emerge when we perceive people to be difficult to work with. With that in mind, we conjure up various misconceptions about them because we lack the skills to recognize their motivations and intentions. The inability to appreciate and effectively work with those who have communication styles different than our own lead to several issues:

  • Projects stall and progress is slow
  • Relationships are tense and conflictive
  • Low morale and motivation
  • Results are mediocre at best

Participants develop ways to affectively collaborate with challenging personalities. Do you know how to:
