The purpose of this workshop is to provide participants with practical tools and techniques to manage conflictive situations constructively focused on the opportunity to understand oneself and others compassionately to better relationships.
The skills acquired in the workshop will help participants recognize the various expressions and behaviors to address situations assertively in meetings or conversations.
The Problem
Several problems occur when different personalities with conflictive objectives come together. Naturally each promotes their agenda to satisfy their interest and needs. However, these differences create disparities, where failing to communicate them assertively, then trust and confidence are lost. Often people resort to passive-aggressive behaviors which further hampers motivation and cooperation, which clearly total failure to achieve desired objectives and positive outcomes.
