Purpose of the workshop
The purpose of this workshop is to provide participants with skills to design meetings and training centered on attendees needs. The program integrates Maslow Pyramid of Needs elements in a workplace. Trainers and meeting organizers will be able to design meetings to:
Create a safe environment for open communications
Engage everyone in the process to gain acceptance
Integrate various activities to stimulate interactions
