WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION
“The 4-Stages to Change Culture” workshop provides insight into the process of changing organizational culture. Change can be challenging, especially since humans tend to be creatures of habit. Therefore, when leadership announces changes in organizational culture most often there will be stakeholders that will be:
Storming: resisting change
Norming: accepting change
Performing: a change adapter
Reforming: a change agent
Conflict often accompanies change initiatives. This workshop guides participants with strategies to navigate obstacles and resolve conflicts effectively and constructively.
