WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION

The “Pledge to be a Champion!” workshop guides participants through the process of gaining courage and setting a mindset of a champion. This workshop guides individuals in selecting safe to more assertive options, mitigating risks, and accepting responsibility despite potential outcomes. Situations may lack ideal solutions, but it is important to realize that our well-being and safety is our highest priority. By embracing responsibility, participants can overcome fear, losses, and pain, paving the way for personal growth and resilience.
