WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION

The “Narrate to Liberate” workshop is equipping participants with the 6-most important elements to include when documenting a conflictive situation or an incident.

Framing a message compassionately and constructively has the power to diffuse conflicts, resolve adverse situations, and restore trust. When narrating situations in a written form, there is much discovery and enlightenment that occurs to understand and be understood.

Through integrating the right elements into the letter, participants learn to understand themselves, recognize the known and unknown, measure the severity of the situation, think about desired outcomes, and offer some potential realistic solutions to resolve a situation.
