Gain the tools to hold institutions accountable with confidence

FRAME IT RIGHT™

Learn to be your own advocate whether confronting subtle discomfort or serious misconduct. With the right preparation, you can prevent the escalation of hostility, hatred, bullying, antisemitism, racism, and other unacceptable behaviors.

THE PURPOSE OF THE WORKSHOP

The FRAME It Right™ Workshop empowers participants to document incidents—from subtle discomfort to serious misconduct—with clarity and purpose, paving the way for meaningful accountability and the prevention of abuse.

Through a structured, step-by-step process, participants learn how to respond to bullying, bias, discrimination, antisemitism, racism, and other forms of injustice using practical tools and real-world strategies.

At the heart of the workshop is the FRAMER Method™—six essential elements that guide you in filing complaints confidently, constructively, and effectively. Because when your voice is documented with purpose, it leads to action—not dismissal.

THE PROBLEM

When people face subtle discomfort or serious misconduct, they often respond in one of two ways: emotional outbursts or silent resignation. Both send a dangerous message—that the behavior is acceptable.

But when someone does report it, vague or emotionally charged complaints are frequently dismissed—or worse, weaponized against the victim.

Too often, the harm doesn’t stop with the initial offense. It’s compounded by institutional negligence, failures to act, or DARVO tactics that shift blame and discredit those who speak up.

FRAME It Right™ changes that.
It transforms silence into structure, pain into purpose, and your voice into a force for meaningful accountability.
