Jim has represented personal injury and medical malpractice victims since 1986. His diverse background enables him to successfully resolve and/or litigate complex legal matters. Mr. Felicia has negotiated numerous large settlements and litigated many successful cases, in both state and federal court. In 2013 Jim was chosen as one of the Top Lawyers in California. He has served as a director and/or an executive on many company and organization boards.
Jim holds a JD from Western State University and is an active member of The State Bar of California
