WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION
The “LEAPP™ Responsibly” SELF-Ex workshop equips participants with the tools to overcome obstacles, transforming adversity into a learning opportunity through boosting confidence and resilience. The LEAPP™ method is a 5-steps process that guides individuals to gain courage in addressing upsetting or bothersome situations. Each solution is evaluated based on potential risks, worst possible scenarios, or losses. This workshop aims to guide individuals to assert resources and capabilities that are required to successfully implement the solution.
