WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION

The “Take Control, Set Boundaries” SELF-Ex™ workshop equips participants with the skills to evaluate behaviors, set healthy boundaries, and regain control over their lives. Using the B-ARC™ tool, participants assess their Behaviors and strategically decide to Accept, Reject, or Change them. This workshop assists individuals in understanding the impact of their behaviors and establishing boundaries to achieve balance and fulfillment.
