WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION
The “7-Elements of Collaborative Parenting” workshop weaves a path for a joyful, unified relationship between parents and children, representing a paradigm shift from authoritarian and democratic parenting styles. The workshop addresses common challenges in parent-child relationships, advocating for a balanced approach that neither imposes strict rules nor allows excessive leniency.
Children no longer need their parents to be the sole authority of information; rather, they need guidance on how to apply this information to make responsible decisions and contribute to finding solutions. Children learn acceptance, support, and responsibility through focusing on resolving conflicts respectfully.
